My husband just asked if he should be a guest blogger on this post.
Maybe so...I am very lucky that my husband agrees that mommy needs a break! (Because he has seen me when I DON'T take a break for myself.)
Giving mommy a break is a big part of motherhood...at least if you want to keep sane.
Here is my truth during the first 8-12 weeks of motherhood:
-I felt crazy staying in my house for days at a time.
-My pajamas were starting to become my new wardrobe.
-My make-up had not come out of the drawer.
-My hair had a permanent crease from being in a pony tail 24/7.

I needed to put on some make up, shimmy a pair jeans over my bottom, and put on a top that didn't make me look pregnant nor fat...., oh- and wear a non-nursing bra. I needed a MOMMY BREAK!!
Now, what is a new mom supposed to do for fun?!???
